Mark Hopkins - Disc Jockey

Since 1982 Mark Hopkins has performed at over 2000 events as DJ/MC on both Coasts and Europe. After graduating from Radio school, he continued with a BA in Communications from Loyola Marymount University. His genuine concern for the event's outcome and ability to keep even the most nervous bride happy by acting as on-site coordinator has made each event a success.

Hosted: Hermosa Film Festival, Method Fest, TCTV Awards. TCTV Producer of the Year     2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.

Master of Ceremonies, Wedding Expert, Wedding Coordinator/Motivator, available for Voice Over, Video Production, and DVD slide shows to be shown at weddings.

Co-producer and co-star of the sitcom Pilot: 'DJs at Large' shot for broadcast television, Mark is currently shooting: 'The South Bay Wedding Guys' a show aimed at educating Brides on how to create the perfect wedding reception.

We read the reactions of your guests - and play accordingly. Nothing cheesy, just songs that work.

We're much more original than most DJs, playing songs that your guest will remember and respond to.

 

A true wedding DJ/MC requires many talents. We coordinate, we educate, we keep your reception on schedule and make sure all your vendors are on their game. Many on-site coordinators leave early in the event, and we coordinate until your grand exit.

Our job is  to act as your host with competence, elegance and style.

Rather than brag about the breadth and depth of our music library, we know WHICH songs to play to keep your guests DANCING!
